What data we collect, and what we do with it.
This site uses no cookies, runs no analytics and does not track its visitors. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to write to us.
Who is responsible
Eidan Partners LLC, located in Miami, Florida, United States, is responsible for processing the personal data collected through eidanpartners.com. For any question about this policy: info@eidanpartners.com.
What we collect
From the contact form: your full name, work email, company, the topic you want to discuss, and whatever you write in the context field. You fill in all of it voluntarily.
From the server: our hosting provider logs ordinary technical connection data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. It is used to run the site and detect abuse, not to identify individuals.
What we do NOT collect: we use no cookies, we run no analytics or advertising tools, we install no tracking pixels, and we do not build profiles or make automated decisions about you.
What we use it for
Only to answer your enquiry, continue the commercial conversation you started and, if the work goes ahead, manage the professional relationship. We send no unsolicited commercial messages and share no data for advertising purposes.
The lawful basis is your own consent when you submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in replying to someone who contacts us.
Who it is shared with
We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties. The only providers that may access it for technical reasons are two: Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the site, and Google LLC, through Google Workspace, where our email lives. The site loads no resources from any other domain: the typefaces are hosted on eidanpartners.com, so your browser contacts no third party when you visit us.
If at any point the form is processed through a third-party service, that provider will act solely as a processor acting on our instructions.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on servers located in the United States. If you write to us from Argentina or another Latin American or Caribbean country, this involves an international transfer of your personal data, which you accept by submitting the form. The United States has no general data protection statute equivalent to Argentina’s.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to two years, in case the conversation resumes. Data tied to engagements actually contracted is kept for as long as applicable accounting and tax obligations require. You may ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights if you are in Argentina
Argentine Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data grants you the rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion of your data. To exercise them, write to info@eidanpartners.com from the address you contacted us with, or prove your identity by another reasonable means. We reply within the legal deadlines and at no cost.
The data subject is entitled to exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated, in accordance with article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25.326.
The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory authority for Law No. 25.326, is empowered to hear complaints and claims regarding failures to comply with personal data protection rules.
Your rights if you are in the United States
The United States has no general federal data protection law: the field is governed by sector-specific rules and by state statutes. The better-known state privacy laws, such as California’s or the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, apply to companies above revenue or data-volume thresholds that Eidan Partners LLC does not meet.
Even so, and regardless of whether the law requires it of us, we grant anyone the same rights: to know what data of yours we hold, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to receive a copy. The route is the same: info@eidanpartners.com.
We do not sell personal data, under any of the meanings U.S. state laws give that word. Any commercial message we send complies with the CAN-SPAM Act and includes a way to stop receiving them.
Security
The site is served entirely over encrypted HTTPS. Access to our email is protected with two-factor authentication. No system is infallible: should an incident affect your personal data, we will notify you along with the relevant authority.
Minors
This site is aimed at companies and professionals. It is not directed at anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this same address with its update date. Substantial changes will be communicated to anyone with an ongoing professional relationship with the firm.
